Soccer Fun!

Graves and McNeil had a ball at their first soccer practice and "game". I think the game part would be  better termed chaos! Fun was definitely had by all and they did learn a lot about the game of soccer. The coaches are great and really seem enthusiastic about being there. I loved watching my boys our there but I was wishing it was a bit warmer! 50 degrees in September. What?? I am going to have to learn to dress appropriately for the temps up here. On the upside, the leaves are already changing and it is so nice to see real fall colors! Will post some pictures when the leaves have peaked. For now just going to leave you with some shots from our soccer Saturday!

Superheros year round!

Graves and McNeil are obsessed with superheros and would wear a costume 24/7 of I would let them. Our sweet Ellie (Neil's mom) sent them some new costumes last week so I would give a sneak peak on the blog. I am sure by the time Halloween rolls around we they will of course demand new ones, but these are quite entertaining for now! Stone's costume is in transit so will post all three of my superheros soon! I did let them wear their costumes on a recent run to Walgreens and got several strange looks but I could not have been prouder  of my little ones who just want to save the day!

Back to Blogging!

Well, I have decided to re-enter the blogging world once again. Been a little busy lately! Now that I am a stay-at-home mom I should have time to update regularly (yeah right). Since our last post we added sweet baby boy number three (Stone Allen Haraway), Neil finished residency and we have moved to Michigan for Neil's fellowship! Ann Arbor to be specific (go Big Blue)! Moving with three small children is a challenge for sure, but it actually went quite well. We are settling in nicely and have already had visits from Hap & Ellie and JJ & Crawdad! Definitely have had my moments of homesickness but the experience I know will be great for our family. Ann Arbor is a fun town with lots to do especially for the kids (which in turn is good for mom and dad). The weather has been a nice change from the Mississippi heat and humidity. It has been unusually warm up here according the the locals. In fact, there was a heat advisory when it hit 90 degrees which of course did not phase us. We were blessed to find a good house to rent from a guy that just finished his fellowship up here. God always provides what we NEED!
Graves and McNeil have just started preschool and so far they are loving it! Little Stoney (as we affectionately call him) is hanging with his mama. Neil is already learning lots and seems to be excited about what he is doing. I have to get a new camera to keep the pictures coming but I have managed to get a few with my cell phone as you can see. Thanks so much to all our family and friends who helped make this move as painless as possible. We love y'all!

Snow!

We woke up to a beautiful scene outside our door this morning and the boys have not stopped talking about it. We had a brief outing to play in the snow but living in MS we were not prepared with gloves and such so they quickly retreated into the warm house for cinnamon rolls and milk. I explained that what they see this morning is nothing compared to the snow in Michigan so there will be ample opportunity for snowballs and snowmen. Snow really is beautiful and just another reminder of how big and great our God is!

We're Back!

Well, I got reminded last night that I have been a big slacker when it comes to our blog and that I apparently do not divulge enough info on the post that have been posted in the past (thanks Leslie!). Therefore, I am going to try and do much better which will be particularly important since we are making the big move to Ann Arbor, MI this summer. That is right, Michigan. Might I remind everyone that I am one of the most cold natured people in the world which will make Michigan winters very interesting. As most of you probably know we will be there for two years for Neil's fellowship in female/pelvic floor reconstructive urology. It is definitely going to be a big change for our family but an exciting one at that. We know we will be back in Mississippi after that so we are looking at it as a big adventure that God has planned perfectly.
However, prior to this big move we are eagerly anticipating the birth of baby boy #3! Actually, we are expecting him sometime within the next two weeks. Things are about to get even more interesting around here. Hopefully I can dedicate more time to our blog while staying at home with these three wonderfully wild blessings.
Graves and McNeil seem really excited about the new arrival on the way but I am sure transition will be interesting.
Included this post are some pics of the boys from Fall/Halloween. More to come...

Well, that is about all the big news I can muster up at 4 am. I must be getting my body clock ready for this baby!

Beach Time

We had a blast with the Haraway's at the beach this year. This year was so different because the boys were all about the beach! However, they could not get enough of the pool either! So fun!! Cannot believe how they are growing. Too fast for me! Thanks Hap and Ellie for a great time! We love you!
